Tired of Eyebrow Tints that Barely Last? Try this Ayurvedic Treatment for Thicker Eyebrows Naturally.

thicker eyebrows

With the craze for thicker eyebrows these days, several of my clients have recently asked me how they can grow their eyebrows naturally. Tired of reaching for the brow pencil every morning or getting eyebrow tints that barely last two weeks? Why not try using natural ingredients?  My #1 Ayurvedic recommendation for growing thicker eyebrows and hair on your head is castor oil.

Stop buying those expensive eyebrow growth serums that don’t deliver. Instead reach for castor oil.

Considered a rejuvenative and anti-aging medicine, castor oil is used both externally and internally in Ayurvedic treatments. Its usage in mentioned in a variety of disorders, as it is excellent in relieving Vata and Kapha disorders. It is also used in Panchakarma therapy. Anti-inflammatory, anti-infectious, anti-rheumatic, fungicidal, laxative, immune stimulant, insecticidal, anti-viral, labor inducing, anti-allergic, anthelmintic, germicidal, disinfectant, and analgesic are the major remedial attributes of pure Castor oil.

Regular use of castor oil has been shown to stimulate and increase hair growth, reduce and prevent breakage, and condition and moisturize hair and scalp.

To Grow Thick, Lustrous Eyebrows:

Gently massage a small amount of castor oil onto each eyebrow for one to two minutes. Leave the castor oil on for 30 minutes before rinsing the skin with lukewarm water and washing with a gentle facial cleanser. This treatment should be used once a day, for as long as necessary.

On average, one usually achieves desired results after two months of daily application.

I usually just apply the castor oil to my eyebrows before going to bed. (If you’re concerned about the oil getting on your pillow, use an old pillowcase). Be sure and discontinue use if any irritation occurs.

Note: Always buy cold-pressed, unrefined castor oil that retains its valuable nutrients.
