The First WORDBRIDGE FAIR

On December 8th, the First WORDBRIDGE FAIR is being held in NYC.

Plant consciousness crosses roads with speculative fiction and a contemporary art show. It’s set to be an all day program with authors, artists and plenty of fun. Relaxed ambiance and music for art viewing, book signings, along with scheduled readings which are sure to be a delight!

SCHEDULED EVENTS INCLUDE:

VISIONARY PLANT CONSCIOUSNESS (3-4pm)
harpignies.jpgJ. P. Harpignies, the editor, will survey some first hand accounts of science’s attempts to understand these ancient and uncommon ways of knowing.

AUNT DISSY’S TRAVELING MEDICINE SHOW (5-6pm & 7-8pm)
trav.jpgSheree Renée Thomas, editor of the Dark Matter Series will host presenting authors: ihsan bracy, Jacqueline Johnson, Linda Addison, Gerard Houarner, Celeste Rita Baker, Jill Robinson and Terence Taylor.

FILM SHOW (8-10pm)

GROUP ART SHOW (throughout and viewing every other hour after a reading.)
Art show features works by visual artists Adger Cowans, Jack White, Loren Standlee, Rafael Leonardo Black, and Timujin.
